Worried about WordPress after the latest PHP security news? See why Good Eggs is the safer alternative

For groups run by volunteers.

Sign-ups, a rota and DBS reminders, simple enough for whoever is on this week.

Everyone is busy, including the organiser

When the organisers are volunteers too, the rota lives in a group chat and the DBS dates live in someone’s head. When that person steps back, it all goes with them.

Good Eggs keeps volunteers, their checks and the rota in one place anyone on the team can pick up.

What changes

  • Sign-ups that become records

A volunteer form on the site creates the volunteer, with their consent.

  • A rota people can see

Ask volunteers to an event, see who is going, then mark who came.

  • DBS dates flagged

Checks that have expired, or expire within 60 days, show on the dashboard.

  • Their rota on their phone

Each volunteer subscribes to their own shifts from their phone’s calendar.

Questions

Do volunteers need a login?

No. Only the people who run things sign in. Volunteers get their rota as a calendar feed.

Can a volunteer coordinator see everything?

You choose. Each staff account has a role that decides what it can see and change.

Tell us about your volunteers.

We will set up the forms and the rota around how you work now.
