How long does it take to get going?
We aim to have your site live within a week of our first chat. You tell us what you do, we set up the site and Manage, and you edit from there.
Can we use our own web address?
Yes. We connect your domain and sort the padlock (the security certificate) for you.
Who can see people’s records?
Only the staff you invite, with the role you give them. Anyone who can see records also signs in with an authenticator app, and the audit log shows who opened what.
Can we get our data out?
Yes. You can download a person’s full record, your donations list and your funder reports as files whenever you need them.
Do we need a developer?
No. Pages, forms, events and branding are all edited in your browser.
